Before preparing the competitive package of documents, familiarize yourself with the rules and requested documents, download the document forms and view samples of their filling below.
Prepare a complete package of documents. Download all documents from the package in zip format.
Applications are submitted by filling out a short form online. In the last field of the form, the participant must indicate the link to the documents saved on the file exchange.
Application packages of competitive selection participants are accepted from February 1 to May 15 every year. Application packages received after the above deadline will not be considered.
Application package documents
In order to be considered valid and complete, your application package must include:

Fill out the application form
Save the file in *.doc format with the following name WWS_Application form_SURNAME;
Download the application form and a sample of the completed application form .

Make a scan copy of the Ukrainian passport
Scan 1, 2 and the page with the registration, and save in *.pdf format with the following name WWS_Passport_SURNAME;

Make a scan copy of the identification code.
Save as *.pdf with the following name WWS_Tax Number_SURNAME

Make a scan copy of the diploma with attachments (bachelor's/master's)
Save in *.pdf format with the following name WWS_Diploma 1_SURNAME;
(If there is more than one diploma, change the number in the name)

Make a scan copy of the certificate based on the results of the tests/exams required for admission to the selected master's programs
Save the file in *.pdf format with the following name WWS_Certificate 1_SURNAME;
(If there is more than one certificate, change the number in the name)

Complete the financial table with the indicated total cost of education
Save the file in *.doc format with the following name WWS_Financial spreadsheet_SURNAME;
Download the form of the financial table .

Prepare documents of a financial nature confirming the availability of funds from other sources to finance the remaining total amount of study costs
Choose the documents that correspond to your situation:
official data of the university regarding the provided financial aid: WWS_Financial aid_SURNAME.pdf
data on funds received from the employer, family: WWS_Acknowledgement_SURNAME.pdf
data on funds from one's own budget (certificate of income for the last 12 months, statement from bank accounts): WWS_Certificate of income_SURNAME.pdf
data on funds raised from other sources: WWS_Other financial sources_SURNAME.pdf

Make a scanned copy of the confirmation letter from the university about enrollment in the program of your choice.
Save in *.pdf format with the following name WWS_Admission letter 1_SURNAME;
(If there is more than one letter, change the number in the name)
Please note that if your package of documents is not complete or the documents are not saved according to the specified format, the application package will not be considered.
